Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a great shame. We would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.
You can return your order up to 15 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 15 working days after receiving your return shipment!
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 15 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product may not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own. The costs for returning are for the customer.
A return shipment must be provided with Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned and they fully meet the requirements, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 15 days.

IMPORTANT:
Please note: Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These are sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Examples include tights, sofa covers, dog toys, sports watches, underwear, etc. (list is not exhaustive).
Ladie Lux is not liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use or handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning thereof. In this case, Ladie Lux may refuse to refund the purchase price or only refund a part thereof depending on the diminished value of the product.
We cannot process your return without a return form.
DEFECT:
If your product is defective or not working properly, please contact us via info@ladielux.com a photo or short video of the damage and we will send you a replacement item free of charge. You do not need to send the damaged item back to us.
