Are you not satisfied with the order? Of course we think that is a great shame. We would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.
You can return the order for up to 15 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 15 working days after receipt of your return shipment!
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 15 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own. The costs for returns are for the customer.
A return shipment must have a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping.
If we have received the items you returned and they fully meet the requirements, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 15 days.

Attention: Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These are sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery. Consider, for example, tights, sofa covers, dog toys, sports watches, underwear, etc. (the list is not exhaustive).
Ladie Lux is not liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use or handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case, Ladie Lux may refuse to refund the purchase price or refund only part of it depending on the depreciation of the product.
We cannot process your return without a return form.
DEFECT:
If your product is defective or not working properly, please notify us info@ladielux.com a photo or a short video of the damage and we will send you a replacement item free of charge. You do not have to return the damaged item to us.
